Henry Steinway produced his first piano at home in Germany, then emigrated to the Sanów of United States to become one of the greatest creators of this instrument in the world.
Fountain pen made masterfully, showing an innovative musical instrument and Steinway's contribution as a patron of the arts. Black and gold and white is a color composition typical of Steinway pianos.
The body of the pen is made of precious metal, then covered with several layers of black varnish, and then masterfully obtained a black and white keyboard. All additions are gold plated, which gives the writing instrument elegance and refinement.
The tip, gold plated, refers to a patented device used for bending pianos.
In addition, on the gold ring at the top of the body is the engraving ,, Steinway & Sons ,,.
An 18 kt gold nib with a poor engraving is an image of the master himself.
