PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

STEP 1

Download our product return form and complete it in dotted lines, then print. (Download).

STEP 2

Pack the item you want to return carefully and attach the product return form to the package. If you cannot print it, please send an e-mail to: galeria@scryba.pl

STEP 3

Send the returned product to the following address:

Sklep Scryba, Plac Tadeusza Kościuszki 18, 50-027 Wrocław

In the title write: PRODUCT RETURN - SCRYBA we do not accept parcels that have been sent to a parcel locker or sent "on delivery".

STEP 4

The product will be refunded within 7 days of collecting the package in our store. The amount will be sent to the bank account provided on the product return form.

If you only want to exchange the product for another one, follow these 4 steps and then place your next order at any time.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

STEP 1

Contact us by email ( galeria@scryba.pl ) and describe the product defect / damage. Then download and complete the complaint form and print it. (Download).

STEP 2

Carefully pack the item you want to return and put inside the previously completed complaint form.

STEP 3

Send the package to the following address:

Sklep Scryba, Plac Tadeusza Kościuszki 18, 50-027 Wrocław

In the title write: PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

STEP 4

After receiving the package, immediately implement the complaint procedure and we will contact you to describe the further procedure.
