The following document explains the principles and scope of processing of clients' personal data, their rights and obligations of the store as a data administrator. We emphasize that the Scryba store uses the latest technical measures and organizational solutions to ensure a high level of protection of personal data being processed and protection against unauthorized access.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

The use of websites whose administrator is the STORE SCRYBA / STALÓWKA (hereinafter referred to as "Website" or "Services") is tantamount to acceptance of the Privacy Policy presented below.

2. PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Sklep Scryba / Stalówka processes personal data of website users whose administrator is in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

Sklep Scryba / Stalówka processes users' personal data, only voluntarily made available by them, in order to perform services provided electronically. Each user has the right to inspect their own data, as well as the right to correct this data and request to refrain from processing it.

Sklep Scryba / Stalówka may process personal data of website users of which it is the administrator, for marketing purposes, in particular to send its own commercial information or commercial information of its business partners.

As a rule, the Scryba / Stalówka store does not disclose users' personal data to third parties, except when this is done with the express consent of the user or at the request of authorized bodies. The Scryba Store may disclose anonymous summary statements and statistical statements regarding e.g. the number of people visiting websites. However, this data does not allow individual users to be identified and does not constitute personal data.

3. LEGAL BASIS

Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR / Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 / The basis for the processing of personal data is primarily art. 6 GDPR.

4. COOKIES

Another way for the Store Scryba / Stalówka to collect information about users is to use "cookies", i.e. files containing IT data, in the form of text files, which the server saves on the user's terminal device of the given Website so that it can be read again each time you connect to the Website from this end device.

In accordance with art. 173 paragraph 1 of the Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 171, item 1800) we would like to inform you that the entity placing cookies on the user's end device is Sklep Scryba / Stalówka. This action is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of law, in particular the Telecommunications Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services and the Personal Data Protection Act.

Cookies are set at the "entry" and "exit" of the Website, they are not used to identify or determine the identity of individual users. Importantly, cookies do not damage the system on a given end device, nor do they affect the way the end device works. Cookies do not cause configuration changes in users' end devices and have no impact on the operation of the software installed on these devices.

6. MANAGEMENT OF COOKIES

Available web browsers accept cookies in the initial settings. However, each user may object to the placement of cookies on his end device. As a rule, to change these settings, you should use the option to disable cookies in a given web browser, both on computers, smartphones and other devices. The Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites and companies whose contact details are provided on the Website. If the Website contains links to other websites, the Scryba Store reserves that it is not responsible for the privacy policy applied by the owners of these domains and websites.

The Privacy Policy also does not apply to services provided by other entities through or using the Website, if such services are provided by third parties.

8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

The Scryba online store uses Google Inc.'s web service analysis mechanisms. ("Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA"): Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manger. Google Analytics, Google Double Click and Google Tag Manger use cookies that enable analysis of how websites are used. Information collected by cookies is transferred to Google servers located in the USA and archived. The user can block the saving of cookies in the web browser. In this case, however, you will not be able to fully use all the functions of the website.
