Fountain Pen Writing Edition introduces Daniel Defoe, author of the timeless, ever-young novel, Robinson Crusoe, written in 1719.
The one-of-a-kind pen takes us to the time of publishing the book in a leather, embossed binding.
The barrel and the cap are decorated with ornaments straight from the book cover, made of ruthenium.
The feather is made entirely of dark brown resin that is said to resemble the tree Crusoe was going to use to build a raft from.
The clip is made in the shape of a feather, also covered with ruthenium.
18 kt ruthenium coated nib, engraved with Polly parrot.
There is an autograph of the writer on the cap.
The fountain pen has a screw cap, you cannot put the cap on the body.
Ink filling system: reciprocating.
