The Around the World in 80 Days collection is inspired by the famous adventure novel written by Jules Verne. The Solitaire Midsize pen made of blue resin refers to the first part of the journey. In it, the main character usually travels on a steamer from London through the Mediterranean Sea and through the Suez Canal to Mumbai. The cap and barrel are decorated with a milled pattern of the most important elements of the story: ocean waves, the colors of the playing cards and the cartridge with a laser-engraved steamer. The length of the journey is stamped on the tip of the cap: 18 days from London to Mumbai for a total of 80 days.
